What I did was choose the Lightning Scenario. The Greeks start with 5 technologies which is a nice head start. I switched the goverment to democracy right away, for the science boost. After building just the temples in each city, I changed all 3 cities to science. I also shared knowledge with other civilizations to keep from going to war, so I didn’t have to spend any money on units, I also did not spend any money on roads. Any money I had was used to rush production of building. Hope this helps you get the achievement if you don’t already have it.
