If you haven’t yet seen The Adjustment Bureau I highly recommend you get a copy of it. I don’t really want to give the plot away, but I will say it is a love story disguised as a Sci-Fi movie or vice-versa depending on how you want to look at it. Matt Damon stars as David Norris who wants to be with a girl no matter who or what gets in his way. I give the movie a 9.3.

It seems like a lot of people are not enjoying the Green Lantern movie. I would like to say give it a shot, go see it. Is it the best movie out there, no, but it is certainly better than a lot of movies and better than a lot of superhero movies. I think it is pretty well put together, and for a movie that needs to be heavy on special effects they did a really good job with them. I would give Green Lantern a solid B. Oh and stay for the credits there is a bonus scene.

We just went out and rented Diary of a Wimpy Kid 2 – Rodrick Rules. The kids love it. They have read all the books, so they know what’s going on and thought it was a good movie. It is enjoyable as a parent to not always have to watch cartoons. If your kids aren’t into these books yet i recommend picking them up. They are about a middle school kid, his buddy, tortuous big brother and their adventures. There are a few mild bad words and some stuff the brothers and friends do to each other in the movie I would not encourage as a father (pranks and such), but we talk about those as they come up. I definitely recommend getting a hold of this movie. Of course I would say start with #1 first. I give this movie an 8 out of 10.

Seriously Dinner for Schmucks is a really bad movie, don’t see it you will be really disappointed. I would rate it only 2 of 5.
